EVENT DESCRIPTION

The collected mind/heart is the foundation of all meditative development.  During this weekend we will explore the ways of cultivating samadhi (collectedness of mind) and how it is spoken about in the early teachings.  

This retreat is for experienced practitioners.  There will be a continuum of teaching over the two days, as well as sitting practice and times for questions/reflection.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. BOOKING

You may attend the Saturday or both days. However, Christina asks that you do not commit to the Sunday session without attending the previous day. Hence, in the ticket options below you will be able to book for Saturday only, or for both Saturday and Sunday.

EVENT PRICES

Standard for Saturday only:  £20 – This covers our costs.
Sponsor for Saturday only:  £25 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Supported for Saturday only:  £12 – For those unable to afford the standard rate.

Standard for Saturday & Sunday:  £40 – This covers our costs.
Sponsor for Saturday & Sunday:  £50 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Supported for Saturday & Sunday:  £24 – For those unable to afford the standard rate.

Please pay the sponsor rate if you can.

If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.

COVID 19 RELATED CONSIDERATIONS FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS

We are delighted to offer in-person events in London again. We are doing all that we can to create a safe and supportive environment for in-person events, whilst being mindful of the ongoing guidance relating to covid-19. At this time, we request that tickets for in-person events are booked in advance. Tickets will not be available on the day at the venue.

We are keeping up to date with the government guidelines. We are also guided by each venue’s Health and Safety measures with regard to capacity, cleaning measures and safety systems. Prior to each event we will send you further information about what to expect on the day.
