In-person: Impermanent, alas, are conditioned things with Maura Sills
17 October 2021 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
£8.00 – £25.00This in-person retreat day will be held at St. Luke’s Community Centre in London, on Sunday October 17th from 10am to 5pm.
EVENT DESCRIPTION
The day will be an enquiry based on a Body, Speech, Mind model. Exploring personal, ancestral and universal conditioning and in particular, the responses arising. This will relate in particular to sankhara (volitional activities).
The day aims to open up the possibility of more deeply experiencing the multi-level complexity of greed, hatred and delusion as opportunities for the experience of metta (loving kindness). During the day we will spend time in meditation, experiential work, talks and discussion.

COVID 19 RELATED CONSIDERATIONS FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS
We are delighted to offer in-person retreats in London again. We are doing all that we can to create a safe and supportive environment for in-person events, whilst being mindful of the ongoing guidance relating to the covid-19 pandemic. At this time, we request that tickets for in-person events are booked in advance. Tickets will not be available on the day at the venue.
We are keeping up to date with the government guidelines to provide a safe environment. We are also guided by each venue’s Health and Safety measures with regard to capacity, cleaning measures and safe systems put in place. Prior to each event we will send you further information about what to expect on the day.
If it is not possible to hold the event in person due to low ticket sales or covid-19 related issues we will issue a full refund. If you are travelling from outside London to attend an in-person event, we suggest you do not book train tickets or accommodation until closer to the event date (unless your booking is fully refundable).
