EVENT DESCRIPTION

The sense of a path opening resonates throughout the Dharma, where the Buddha is said to have rediscovered an ancient but overgrown way and opened it for us to follow. As we walk this path, it comes alive, revealing timeless wisdom and opening us to well-being.

On this day, we’ll cultivate the brahmavihārās – sublime attitudes of a boundless heart – and explore dependent origination, the principle of how phenomena arise due to specific conditions. As we nurture these boundless qualities, we’ll discover how they gently transform our experience.

Join us for a day of meditation and reflection as we open this path, deepening our connection with these timeless teachings.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
