On this day retreat we will explore the Indriyas (spiritual faculties). We’ll reflect on how to cultivate faith, energy, mindfulness, concentration and wisdom. We’ll consider the distinct contributions of each of these qualities and how they support and balance each other.
As well as talks and periods of practice, there will be opportunities to ask questions and share reflections on this theme.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Supported: £13.00 – For those unable to afford the standard rate.
