EVENT DESCRIPTION

The classic image of the lotus represents the beauty and purity of spiritual awakening, which can only grow out of the mud of our struggles in existence. They depend on each other. The way to the unconditioned is through the conditioned. But what is the pond, the nondual ecology, that allows them both?

This will be a day of guided meditation practices and exercises, a dharma talk and discussions.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
