Online: What the Suttas Say About the Brahma Viharas with Leigh Brasington

EVENT DESCRIPTION

We often hear teachings on the four Brahma Viharas – Love, Compassion, Appreciative Joy, and Equanimity. But what did the Buddha actually say about these four sublime states and how to practice them?

In this weekend course, we will take a close look at several of the 38 suttas that describe all four Brahma Viharas, plus additional suttas describing some of them individually. Hopefully this will give you a deeper understanding of how to weave these practices into your journey on the spiritual path.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. BOOKING FEE

The booking fee is for both days of the workshop.

Supported: £12 – For those unable to afford the standard rate.
